When will my order be shipped?
Orders that are placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM Central Standard Time will be processed that day, not including holidays, and will ship within 48 hours awaiting availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM Central Standard Time will be processed the following business day, and ship within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 1 PM Central Standard Time will be processed on the following Monday. Death To Argyle will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to verify availability.
deathtoarglye.com uses UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
deathtoargyle.com does not offer Saturday delivery.

*Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is by Express delivery only, and the average delivery time is 5-10 business days. We cannot ship internationally. Delivery at this point is limited to the United States of America.

What is your Return Policy?
Death To Argyle wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you should need to return an item, you may return regular priced merchandise within 14 days of receipt, minus the shipping charges. We do not refund original or return shipping charges. We do offer a onetime free size exchange and we will pay for the shipping on the exchanged item.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent; clean, unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed.
If the tags have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway, the item will NOT be accepted back.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, we do not sell used merchandise.

How do I obtain a Return Authorization?
Please fill out our Return Authorization Form to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
RA numbers expire 7 days after being issued. We suggest you send the package by registered or insured mail since deathtoargyle.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Clearly print your name, address and RA# on the outside of the package in the return area and mail to:

All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return credits take approximately five to seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.
